Job Description:

Must Have Skills:

  • Advance Smartsheets Skills, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for Calculations and Coding; and 3-5 years of experience or range for each outlined required skill.

Responsibilities:

The role is set up the technical aspects of the org's cross-functional intake and reporting system via Smartsheets; as well as linking that work to an executive calendar to create visibility and insight into the projects that the GTM and Sales Enablement team are working via Smartsheets Calendar app.

  • Design custom intake and queue; as well as project management tracker via Smartsheets
  • Design reporting dashboards via Smartsheet
  • Develops and maintains systems documentation.
  • Works with business users and support staff to resolve problems involving custom applications.
  • Investigate and develop fixes for existing supported applications.
  • Proficiency across a variety of software applications and computer systems (ie. Smartsheets, Excel, Google Suite)
  • Identify the features, advantages and disadvantages of various software applications
  • Proficiency in multi-tiered architecture, design and implementation.
  • Researches and reviews solutions for business needs.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
