The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

The Impact you will have in this role:
The IT FinSight Delivery department supports the development & testing needs of multiple DTCC core business lines including FICC, Clearing & Settlement & Equity Clearing. The Director of Delivery Enablement will be responsible for guiding agile practices and managing the team leaders to drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement. They will be accountable for developing and executing strategy to create a unified and efficient Scrum Master and Project Management Delivery Enablement organization. They will manage large-scale software programs, overseeing scope, risk, and cross-functional execution. They will also foster collaboration, cross squad uniformity and governance through stakeholder alignment, compliance, and risk mitigation. This leader will also participate in delivery practices, ensuring the department's efficacy metrics and day to day activities are on par and generate process efficiencies.

Primary Responsibilities:
Agile Practice Management:
- Lead a high performing Scrum Masters and Project Manager organization, guiding their professional development and ensuring the effective application of the Scrum & Agile framework.
- Establish and strategize on key agile delivery metrics (e.g., cycle time, lead time, predictability) to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion agile principles within IT, promoting a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
- Identify and help remove organizational impediments that hinder team productivity and flow.
Program & Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale software programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.
- Develop and manage an integrated project roadmap, tracking key milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Define and manage initiative scope, budget, and resource allocation.
- Anticipate and manage risks, dependencies, and architectural trade-offs across multiple systems and teams.
Stakeholder Communication & Governance:
- Drive cross-functional communication between tech teams and business leadership, delivering key updates and insights.
- Build strong relationships across App Dev, testing and business leadership to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Drive consensus and resolve conflicts effectively within and across teams.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations, data security standards, and internal process governance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Talent needed for success
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs including AWS cloud.
- Proven leadership experience as it relates to Project/Program Managers, Senior Scrum Masters and/or Agile Coaches.
- Direct experience managing and mentoring direct reports is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with financial systems and risk management practices.
- Proficient in Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Project management principles, and modern software development practices.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, HP PPM, MS Office tools.
