Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights. This individual will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across departments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.

  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data insights.

  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines and ensure data quality and consistency.

  • Perform advanced statistical and predictive analysis to support strategic planning.

  • Document data definitions, metrics, processes, and governance standards.

  • Identify trends, correlations, and patterns in complex data sets.

  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Support data migration and integration projects, including cloud transitions.


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.

  • Expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and querying.

  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

  • Experience with statistical analysis and tools (Python, R, Excel, or SAS).

  • Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases.

  • Experience working with large and complex datasets from different domains.

  • Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).

  • Knowledge of data governance, data cataloging, and metadata management.

  • Background in finance, healthcare, or retail analytics is a plus.

  • Exposure to machine learning or predictive modeling concepts.


Education

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
