Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution across multiple projects.
- Architect and implement scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, Performance).
- Define test processes, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Mentor and guide QA engineers; conduct code and test reviews.
- Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage test environments, CI/CD integration, and quality metrics reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of QA experience with at least 3 5 years in a lead/architect role.
- Strong expertise in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, Appium, Postman, or RestAssured.
- Hands-on experience with API testing, microservices, and integration testing.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to define quality metrics and drive continuous quality improvements
