Role/Responsibilities

• Responsible for the administration, optimization, monitoring, tuning and backup/retrieval of enterprise databases.
• Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining user access, space management, database refreshes, and database security.
• This position will be used to help design the database structures for efficiency, and to migrate data from the existing EPH databases into the new structures.
• May participate in data migration activities or work with application development teams to provide database access and knowledge.
• Provides appropriate consulting, interfacing, and training for users.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

• Monitors database for potential problems and creates end-user reports. May write and tune SQL or PL/SQL code.
• Good experience in stored procedures, and associated documentation for user interaction with the database environment.
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Database Administrator is required.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $ 65000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 134200 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
