Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $85.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow System Administrator to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. This role involves managing infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal performance across client/server, storage, network, and mobile environments.

Description: Our client is currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow System Administrator to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. This role involves managing infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal performance across client/server, storage, network, and mobile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for IT systems, including help desk and escalation services.
- Monitor and maintain system health across servers, networks, and devices.
- Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
- Install and upgrade OS software; troubleshoot and enhance system reliability and performance.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.
- Communicate issue status and resolutions to internal teams and agency management.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or 4 additional years of SA experience in lieu of degree).
- Experience:
- 10+ years as a System Administrator in similar environments.
- 4+ years in IT Service Management (ITSM).
- 2+ years working with the ServiceNow platform.
- 1+ year integrating ServiceNow with other applications.
- Certifications:
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
