Title: Legal Recruiter - Sourcing Focus (3 Openings)
Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA
Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $55-$63/hour (based on experience)

Our client is seeking three talented and driven Legal Recruiters to support their Legal & Global Affairs organization. This team is fast-paced, collaborative, and committed to excellence in talent acquisition.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deeply understand hiring needs across legal departments
- Build and manage pipelines of passive legal talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing strategies
- Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring alignment with high hiring standards
- Provide a seamless, white-glove candidate experience throughout the full-cycle recruitment process
- Deliver against high-volume hiring targets with urgency and professionalism
- Maintain recruiting data and report on sourcing effectiveness
- Contribute to process improvements and special legal recruiting initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of legal recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or law firm)
- Strong background in passive candidate sourcing and legal talent research
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS platforms
