Project Manager Agile Delivery
Location: Berkeley Heights / Nutley, NJ (Hybrid 2 3 Days Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Leadership
- Lead all project workstreams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Maintain Jira boards, track sprints, user stories, and deliverables with complete ownership.
- Coordinate daily activities, remove blockers, and ensure sprint goals are consistently met.
- Drive progress across architecture, data onboarding, data governance, and analytics workstreams.
2. Reporting & Governance
- Own RAID logs, weekly status reports (WSR), and Confluence dashboards for full transparency.
- Prepare and publish weekly status updates, sprint summaries, and next-week plans for tech and business teams.
- Ensure all project documentation aligns with SDLC and client data/analytics standards.
- Escalate issues and risks on time, with clear mitigation strategies.
3. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across business, data, and IT teams.
- Facilitate stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and cross-functional syncs.
- Track decisions and actions to closure and provide visibility to senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment across multiple teams and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Nice to Have
- Strong experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery for multi-functional teams.
- Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, RAID/WSR governance, and sprint reporting.
- Experience in data onboarding, data governance, or data transformation programs.
- Understanding of pharma R&D or clinical workflows is a strong plus.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience with global teams.
