Job Description
ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work in our Fairfax, VA office.
ECS is seeking an experienced, outcome-driven ServiceNow Developer to work in our Fairfax, VA office in a hybrid remote/on-site capacity in support of various U.S. Government Mission Partner Enclaves, each with a unique set of data and applications. The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for guiding governance discussions, gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and proposing technical solutions to provide end-user support, ticketing, and auditing on an existing Azure, tenant-based build. The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing, deploying, and supporting ServiceNow solutions, including developing and implementing workflows, enterprise policies for internal and external content sharing, and collaboration across all O365 core services (i.e., Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint). The ideal candidate also has experience working in, and supporting, Azure Cloud infrastructure and Virtual Desktop Environments. 5+ years of relevant experience is required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Integrate with, and support, a team of subject matter experts in a highly agile environment to implement best in class multi-Cloud solutions for large DoD program(s).
- Develop tools and scripts to automate deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and diagnostics.
- Coordinate and facilitate platform configuration, resources, updates, and upgrades.
- Provide daily support, instance stack, system upgrades, and system performance.
- Create new dashboards, automate processes, and implement changes to existing applications.
- Provide user support and conduct user software and hardware training to formulate technological solutions.
- Ensure the effective safeguarding and sharing of enterprise data.
- Function as a technical escalation point within the team.

- Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Ability to work 1 business day per week onsite at ECS Corporate offices located in Fairfax, VA.
- Ability to travel (potentially up to 25%) to CONUS / OCONUS locations multiple times over the lifespan of the program.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or similar Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline.
- Certified DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher (Security+ or CISSP preferred); active or obtained within 60 calendar days of hire.
- 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow and/or similar SaaS tools.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript and type script.
- Experience providing 24x7 support to mission critical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate solution.
- Highly developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with a diverse set of stakeholders (from peers to end-users to executive management).
Desired Skills
- Azure AZ-103|104 certification.
- Proficiency supporting Windows and Linux Server/Desktop endpoints.
- Proficiency with Cloud networking and troubleshooting Cloud networking environments.
- Experience in one or more automation languages (ARM/Bicep Templates, BASH, Python).
- Familiarity with Identity and Authentication processes (SSO/Federation, AD/Azure AD, etc.).
