TITLE: Content Specialist

About the Role

As the Content Specialist, your ability to quickly grasp new requirements and translate them into productive, actionable, optimized processes will be integral to the company’s success. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of project data while always maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

 

This is a role for effective, active communicators who participate in project forums, sharing valuable insights to streamline new and existing workflows and provide feedback on our tools and procedures. We are also seeking someone who has a passion for writing, whether crafting project analyses or generating engaging content. Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver timely, high quality project data and reports

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of professional experience
  • Master’s degree in Education, English, History, Political Science, Linguistics, Creative Writing, Content Writing, Arts, Essay Writing, Scripts, Communication, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, Anthropology, Literature, Gender Studies, Cultural Studies, Journalism, Religion, Art History, Languages, or Marketing
  • Willing to relocate to Austin, TX (please ask about Revature’s relocation assistance)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of interpersonal dynamics and cultural sensitivity
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate various software and applications effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and execute assigned tasks and responsibilities consistently and punctually, striving to exceed personal benchmarks
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data feeds and processes, including the review and documentation of quarterly results
  • Strong work ethic and the capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating reliability and self-motivation
  • Possesses analytical thinking and the capacity for independent decision-making, contributing to efficient problem-solving processes
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges and tasks
  • Proficient in content writing, capable of producing engaging and informative written materials.

 

  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Teaching experience
    • PH.D.
    • Master’s degree with a focus on research, writing, and communication
