Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and handlers.
* Work with Jenkins pipelines (declarative/scripted) to trigger ansible automation tasks.
* Integrate Ansible automation with platforms such as ServiceNow and Sai point.
Reverse engineer and migrate existing scripts into standardized Ansible automation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ansible-based automated solutions.
* Work with Bitbucket or other Git-based source control systems to manage infrastructure as code.
* Automate infrastructure operations including provisioning, patching; service management, and compliance tasks.
* Infrastructure automation using Python, Unix shell and Ansible, as applicable

Required Skills:
* Strong hands-on experience with Ansible (roles, playbooks, inventories, conditionals, handlers)
* Proven experience with Jenkins pipelines and integration with Ansible
* Experience with Bitbucket or Git-based version control
* Familiarity with ServiceNow and SharePoint integration using Ansible
* Strong scripting knowledge in Bash, Python and Unix Shell script, or PowerShell
* Experience converting legacy/manual automation scripts into Ansible
* Ability to understand and automate customer-specific requirements
* Solid experience in Linux environments
* Good understanding of core infrastructure concepts (VMS, services, patches).
