• JOB DESCRIPTION:
• • We are seeking a forward-thinking Agentic AI Developer to join a team building a next-generation AI chat assistant that enables clients to interact seamlessly with their financial data using natural language. This initiative is focused on redefining client engagement through agentic AI architectures and large language models (LLMs) transforming complex financial interactions into intuitive, conversational experiences.Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and build AI-powered chat systems leveraging agentic architectures such as Bedrock and LangGraph.
    • Integrate multiple APIs (Accounts, Holdings, Portfolio Watch, Transactions) for real-time and contextual data delivery.
    • Evolve the Explain and Empower MVP into a robust, cross-platform assistant.
    • Implement evaluation, observability, and monitoring frameworks to ensure responsible deployment of generative AI.
    • Translate technical specifications into clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
    • Participate in system analysis, design reviews, and code inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
    • Follow established software development methodologies and secure coding practices.
    • Support production deployment, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.
    • Collaborate across cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and maintaining technical excellence.
    Required Skills & Experience:
    • 3+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 1 year in AI/LLM or agentic architecture development.
    • Strong experience with Python and TypeScript (knowledge of Stencil is a plus).
    • Hands-on experience with AWS services Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch.
    • Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Honeycomb.
    • Proven ability to integrate third-party APIs and data systems.
    • Strong understanding of software design principles, version control, and deployment automation.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative and adaptive mindset.
    • Passion for building intelligent, user-centric digital experiences.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with agentic frameworks like Bedrock, LangGraph, or LangChain.
    • Exposure to Generative AI (LLM) model integration.
    • Experience working in financial services or data analytics environments.
    • Understanding of security, data privacy, and compliance in AI systems.
    Education:
    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
