Description

As a leading and growing entity within the education sector, we are on the lookout for an experienced Manager for our Enterprise Systems. You will be part of a dynamic team, reporting directly to the Executive Director of Information Technology.

Required Qualifications:
  • You should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with at least 5+ years of experience in supporting Student Information Systems and Enterprise Information Systems in a school district setting (EduPoint Synergy, Skyward experience preferred).
  • The ideal candidate will bring a rich experience from high school districts, encompassing areas such as Registration, Grading, Scheduling, and Integrations. You need to demonstrate the ability to lead a team in an educational environment successfully, along with a proven background in end user training, user support, customer service, troubleshooting, and systems management.
  • Knowledge related to the reporting requirements of the State Board of Education is desirable. A deep commitment to the integrity, reliability, and security of data in enterprise-level system environments is a prerequisite of the role. We expect you to align your priorities with District goals and initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Manager of Enterprise Systems will lead and support district student information systems (SIS) including system maintenance, training, report creation/writing, and interface management.
  • You will be accountable for the accuracy, integrity, security, scalability, and performance of enterprise-level district systems. This includes managing student information, data warehouse, transport, library, and special education data. You will also be required to develop reports, dashboards, and extracts to provide necessary data inputs to schools, administrations, and government agencies.
