Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior-level Scrum Master with a strong track record of successfully leading Agile teams to meet sprint goals and delivery commitments. This role requires a proactive leader who can navigate ambiguity, foster team collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Guide teams through complex and rapidly changing environments
- Manage dependencies and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and IT
- Maintain transparency through effective communication and reporting
- Support forecasting and capacity planning
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and change
- Experience with Agile tools: JIRA, Mural, Confluence
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 tools including Teams and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- E-commerce domain experience
- Familiarity with retail and store operations
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid setup and collaborating with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
