Job Title: SAP Controls Specialist (Senior Consultant / Manager)

Role Summary:
The SAP Controls Specialist will design, execute, and oversee automated controls testing in SAP S/4HANA and Central Finance. The role requires both functional and risk/control expertise, ensuring ~30 system-based controls are tested effectively and evidence is audit-ready.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, design, and test SAP automated controls (e.g., tolerance limits, approvals, SoD rules).
- Develop positive/negative test scenarios and validate system configurations.
- Execute walkthroughs with functional teams to confirm control operation.
- Guide junior testers in executing SAP test scripts and capturing audit evidence.
- Document control descriptions, test steps, and evidence in audit-standard format.
- Support remediation by advising on SAP GRC and configuration changes.
- Partner with Engagement Lead to align testing with PwC requirements.
Qualifications:
- 7 10 years of SAP controls/risk experience.
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, and GRC modules.
- Strong understanding of automated controls, SoD, and sensitive access.
- Hands-on experience in testing and documenting SAP controls.
- Prior consulting/advisory experience in SAP assurance.
- CISA, SAP GRC certification, or equivalent preferred.
