Job Details

Job Description:
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, conditioning, length, OD, and visual tests on medical devices.
  • Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using good documentation practices.
  • Communicate clearly with engineers regarding test results and observations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment.
  • Utilize lab tools and equipment including calipers, MTS, multimeters, digital thermometers, force gauges, Cognex, LabView, and hand tools.
  • Maintain a work balance of approximately 85% lab time and 15% desk time (100% on-site).
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 4 years of relevant experience or post-high school education.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Familiarity with medical device testing or product assembly preferred.
  • Experience in R&D or testing environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Document drafting experience is beneficial.
