Description
We are looking for an experienced Traffic Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing high-volume projects during the open enrollment season, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the insurance industry, where strong communication and organizational skills are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the flow of approximately 300 high-volume projects during the open enrollment period, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Collaborate with design teams and account managers to coordinate internal client needs and project requirements.
Utilize Adobe Workfront to track, prioritize, and manage project workflows effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
Work closely with another Traffic Coordinator to ensure seamless integration and project continuity.
Facilitate regular updates and status reports to keep teams and stakeholders informed of project progress.
Address and resolve any project-related challenges promptly to maintain smooth operations.
Support occasional in-person meetings if local to the Atlanta area, though remote work will be the primary mode of operation.
Ensure customer-facing interactions are precise and aligned with organizational standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in a high-volume traffic coordination role, preferably within the insurance or creative services industries.
Proficiency in Adobe Workfront for project management and workflow tracking.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems, Crystal Reports, and data processing platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design and account management.
Flexibility to attend occasional in-person meetings in Atlanta, Georgia, if local.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
