As a Senior Statistical Reporting Analyst , you'll be a key member of Everest Insurance's Statistical Reporting team, based in our Warren, NJ office. You'll take ownership of preparing and submitting Workers' Compensation Unit Statistical Reports, ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines from NCCI and various independent Workers' Compensation Rating Bureaus.

You'll dive into data, resolve reporting edits, respond to bureau inquiries, and maintain high standards of data quality. You'll also collaborate across departments to deliver accurate data for internal and external Data Call requests across multiple lines of business.

What You'll Do:
  • Prepare and submit Unit Statistical Reports to NCCI and independent Rating Bureaus
  • Research and resolve edits prior to report submission
  • Respond to bureau inquiries to maintain statutory compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect and reconcile data
  • Ensure submissions meet company and regulatory standards
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues
  • Submit accurate Statistical Reports and Data Calls to regulatory entities by published deadlines
  • Support automation improvements for reconciliations and system extracts
  • Provide statistical data to internal stakeholders (e.g., Comptrollers, Legal, Underwriting)

What You Bring:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation Unit Statistical Reporting and data calls
  • Experience with a commercial Property & Casualty insurance carrier preferred; Accident & Health experience a plus
  • Familiarity with ISO and NCCI statistical coding preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of financial statements (Annual Statements, Statutory Page 14s, Insurance Expense Exhibits) is a plus

  • SQL and Microsoft Access skills (preferred)

For NJ, CA, IL, or NY Only:

Your base salary will range from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, based on your education, experience, qualifications, and work location.
