Job Description

Our enterprise customer has embarked on an SAP to Workday migration. As part of the road map, one of my Directors needs someone to join his SAP team to provide Helpdesk/SAP support. This role would be sort of a hybrid because they need someone who is good with Excel, pivot table, analytic and data manipulation skills to help with some SAP data as well as someone who can monitor email tickets and take calls and problems at a tier 1 or 11 level and respond quickly to the end-user. All response and training is provided. There's a high level of customer service and great communication skills for this person to be successful.

The candidate must have some (A) slick MS-excel, pivot table, analytic and data manipulation skills. (B) Then be able to switch and be just as savvy in Finance (FICO) related support for SAP.
