Job Details

A global consulting firm is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in bid management. In this role, you'll lead the preparation and execution of new business proposals and renewal bids, working closely with both technical and functional teams to ensure high-quality client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle for new and renewing client engagements.

  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure compliance, quality control, and alignment with client needs.

  • Conduct client communications to assess requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.

  • Analyze trends and data to anticipate client decisions and proactively adjust bid strategies.

  • Maintain timelines, conduct thorough internal reviews, and ensure submission accuracy.

  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid management and client engagement.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong project management expertise and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

  • Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics.
