Job Description:

TOP 5 SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Infor expert knowledge with 5+ years of configuration experience
• Critical thinking, problem solving
• Experience with solutioning and implementing large, cross functional projects
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and all phases of it
• Experience with Workday-Extend; development of applications is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Infor WFM functional architect/configurator
• Candidate will be responsible for Infor Workforce Management configuration and architecture, assisting in requirements gathering, solution approaches, and design.
• They must possess an expert understanding of Infor WFM, both foundational items (security, team hierarchy, custom data fields, etc) and configuration platform.
• They must be able to work in a team environment that leverages Agile methodology and be familiar with sprints, program increments, iteration planning, and PI planning as they will be responsible for assisting the Product Owner and Scrum Master in planning future iterations and program increments.
• Candidate must possess the ability to design solutions, many complex in nature, to meet requirements and desired results.
• They must understand interoperability between Infor and Workday and be able to effectively solve problems.
• They must be able to communicate upward often providing detailed root cause analysis when problems surface.
• They must be able to work in a team environment and be able to handle ambiguity and drive to desired outcomes.
• Candidate will be a remote worker and must exhibit a self-starting/self-directing demeanor.
