System Admin - Tableau/BO
- Business Intelligence tools, Tableau (2022.3/2021.4/2020.4,2018.3, 2018.2, 10.4,10.3,9.0), Business Objects versions (SAP BI 4.2/4.1/4.0/3.1), Alteryx 2020.3, Cognos 11.1, Informatica 10.4 and Spotfire 7.8.
- Associate should have experience in requirement gathering, managing and documenting business and functional requirements, effectively acting as a liaison between management, developers and QA engineers.
- Administering Tableau/Business Objects/Spotfire Enterprise Framework for large-scale deployments such as Tableau 2022.3/2021.4/2020.4,2018.3, 2018.2, 10.4,10.3,9.0, Business Objects XI 4.2/XI 3.1/XIR2, Spotfire 7.8.
- Installation/configuration/upgrades/performance tuning/load balancing/capacity planning/troubleshooting of servers including XIR2 through XI 4.2 SP8 and Tableau 10.3 through 2022.3/2021.4
- Associate should have integration experience in Informatica/Salesforce/Dremio with Tableau for better visualization and scanning PII/PHI data.
- Coordinated with network administrators, analysts, developers, DBA's, etc. to resolve issues in supported applications.
- Coordination and communication of planned upgrades, enhancements and maintenance outage windows in collaboration with the infrastructure teams. This includes scheduling, coordination of testing and production readiness planning.
- Automated several recurring, manual activities like Tableau extracts using PowerShell/Alteryx designer and Alteryx server which saved numerous hours every month.
- Performance monitoring and tuning of the environments to ensure smooth operation, to identify and resolve manage performance issues and to drive best practices and maintain constant uptime.
- Coupled group security with IAM-based authentication and grouping.
- Associate should have worked on Tableau Server Installation, Configuration, Maintenance, Security, creating users, groups, projects, assigning access levels.
