Job Details

Payrate: $44.00 - $48.00/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Designs and administers internal employee relations initiatives and communications campaigns.
  • Leads "tentpole" engagements like all-employee meetings and leader roundtables.
  • Maintains internal news site with latest news and content that reinforces vision/strategy.
  • Research and analyze data pertaining to employee sentiment.
  • Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
  • May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Education / Experience:
  • It requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Top 3 must-have hard skills:
  • Experience managing employee Town Halls,
  • Experience using internal storytelling to positively impact employee sentiment
  • Examples of creative campaigns designed to inspire/inform employees and move them to be ambassadors for their company


Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $44.00 - $48.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
