Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $44.00 - $48.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Responsibilities:
- Designs and administers internal employee relations initiatives and communications campaigns.
- Leads "tentpole" engagements like all-employee meetings and leader roundtables.
- Maintains internal news site with latest news and content that reinforces vision/strategy.
- Research and analyze data pertaining to employee sentiment.
- Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
- May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Education / Experience:
- It requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Top 3 must-have hard skills:
- Experience managing employee Town Halls,
- Experience using internal storytelling to positively impact employee sentiment
- Examples of creative campaigns designed to inspire/inform employees and move them to be ambassadors for their company
