SAP FICO & ABAP Consultant

• We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO & ABAP Consultant to support our ongoing SAP initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in SAP Financials, strong ABAP development skills, and a solid background in working with manufacturing clients.

Key Requirements:

• Experience Level: 15+ years
• Minimum Full-Life Cycle SAP Implementations: 5
• Industry Experience: Manufacturing sector experience is required

Core Responsibilities :
SAP FICO

• Extensive knowledge of general accounting principles and SAP General Ledger (GL) module.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP New GL module (S/4HANA experience preferred).
• Design and define the Chart of Accounts and financial structures in SAP.
• Transform business requirements into system specifications aligned with SAP best practices.
• Expertise in SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules.
• Knowledge of SAP CDS Views for custom development in S/4HANA or Suite on HANA.
• Effectively communicate technical requirements and best practices to stakeholders.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions.
• Determine project scope and size from a technical feasibility standpoint.

SAP ABAP:

• Estimate development efforts and contribute to project planning and technical specifications.
• Create and execute unit and integration testing to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Lead debugging efforts to ensure error-free deployment.

Proficient In:

• LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench)
• ABAP Screen Programming
• Custom development and enhancements
• Experience with code remediation and ensuring compliance with SAP standards.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation experience
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation abilities
• Exposure to SAP suite integration and technical architecture
