Job Details
Must-Haves:
- 12+ years in manufacturing; 5+ years in program/portfolio management
- Experience managing budgets over $5M
- Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0
- Proficiency in MS Project, ERP/MES tools (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
- Excellent executive reporting & cross-functional leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale programs focused on transformation, efficiency, and tech adoption
- Build strategic roadmaps tied to digital manufacturing goals
- Align with teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, Finance
- Drive KPIs, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting
- Lead change management and smart factory deployments
Preferred:
- Background in discrete/process manufacturing (e.g., automotive, electronics)
- PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience with IoT, MES, analytics platforms
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks (ISO, FDA, AS9100)
