Job Detail: QA Automation Engineer
Contract: W2 Only.
Job Description
- 6+ years Software QA Automation Engineer experience with a thorough understanding of QA methodology in manual and automated testing of Web UI and API using Java, Postman, Selenium, Rest Assured and other tools
- 6+ years working experience in Agile development methodologies, Change Management, Change Control, and Compliance methodologies
- 3+ years of experience working exclusively within a QA role including some experience working within an agile development environment.
- Experience with at least one of those languages (Golang, NodeJS, Python)
- Experience with load and stress testing.
- Experience with complex SQL queries and data validation in multiple databases.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with clients.
- Expertise in both functional and non-functional testing, including performance, scalability, and security.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Excellent experience in transforming manual test cases into automated test cases
- Experience in test documentation, defect analysis, tracking, and reporting
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous build
- Experience working with Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience designing test plans, writing detailed test cases, and performing hands-on manual testing.
