Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our team for an exciting long-term contract with one of our esteemed clients, based in Crystal City, Arlington, VA. This is a Onsite role.
Role:
IT Helpdesk Analyst
Location: Crystal City, Arlington, VA (Onsite)

Job Description:

  • Provide excellent IT support and customer service for hardware, software, peripherals, and account-related issues.

  • Monitor and respond promptly to requests via the IT Helpdesk ticketing system.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating complex cases to Tier 2 support when needed.

  • Maintain accurate logs of all Helpdesk interactions, updates, and resolutions.

  • Reset user passwords and manage account access.

  • Track and meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure team and individual success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing IT support role.

  • Hands-on expertise with:

    • Google Workspace (G Suite)

    • MacOS and Windows operating systems

    • Software/peripheral installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

  • Strong passion for technology with proven technical problem-solving skills.
