What You Will Do:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President, Portfolio Solutions to join our dynamic investment technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Fixed Income asset management across all asset classes and have a strong background in portfolio management and trading technology. Additionally, the candidate should be able to drive the execution of product development, analyze and document investment workflows effectively, and stay updated on industry tools.

What You Can Expect:

  • Investment Workflow Analysis: Engage with the investment team, portfolio managers, portfolio analysts, risk, and quantitative research to understand and deep dive into current investment workflows, tools, and identify challenges.

  • Product Design: Work closely with investment teams, risk, and quant to design cutting-edge decision-making tools that enhance alpha generation and investment performance. Design productivity-enhancing solutions through automation and leverage generative AI to drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Documentation: Accurately document investment workflows, processes, and product designs to ensure clear communication and understanding across teams.

  • Execution Management: Coordinate with development team to execute on product development.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor s degree with concentration(s) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.

  • 10 plus years of Fixed Income Asset Management experience overseeing front office technology, or investment experience such as trading or portfolio specialist role.

  • Strong understanding of technology and ability to document workflows and technical requirements for the development team.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to deep-dive into current tools and workflows.

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal with proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the investment team, other stakeholders, and technology teams to design and implement effective solutions.

What Will Set You Apart?

  • CFA, FRM or relevant designation

  • Industry experience in Aladdin and Bloomberg.

  • Experience in trading or portfolio specialist role.

  • Hands on experience in coding SQL, Python, Power BI, UX Design
