ob Title : Healthedge configuration analyst

Location : Remote

The HealthEdge Configuration Analyst will be responsible for configuring and managing HealthEdge HealthRules systems to ensure they meet client needs and industry standards. This role involves analyzing requirements, implementing configurations, and supporting the system to ensure it functions effectively within the healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HealthEdge technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration Management: Configure HealthEdge HealthRules systems based on client requirements and business needs. This includes setting up rules, processes, and workflows to ensure the system operates efficiently and accurately.

  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements. Analyze these requirements to determine the necessary configurations and customizations within HealthRules.

  • System Implementation: Implement and test HealthEdge configurations, ensuring that all system components are properly set up and function as intended. Address any issues or discrepancies identified during implementation.

  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for HealthEdge systems, including troubleshooting configuration issues and resolving problems in a timely manner. Work closely with technical teams to address and resolve system-related issues.

  • Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation for all configurations, including setup procedures, configuration changes, and system updates. Ensure documentation is accurate and easily accessible for future reference.

  • Client Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding HealthEdge configurations. Address client questions, provide guidance, and ensure that configurations meet their needs and expectations.

  • Training and Support: Assist in training clients and internal team members on HealthEdge configurations and best practices. Provide support and resources to ensure users are comfortable and proficient with the system.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with HealthEdge updates, industry trends, and best practices. Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance system performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in HealthEdge or similar technologies are a plus.

  • Experience: Experience as a Configuration Analyst or similar role, with a focus on HealthEdge HealthRules or related healthcare configuration systems.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and managing HealthEdge HealthRules systems, including experience with rule creation, workflow setup, and system customization. Familiarity with healthcare payer operations is beneficial.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into effective system configurations.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

  • Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client support and manage client relationships effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications related to HealthEdge HealthRules or similar systems are added on advantage.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare payer processes, industry regulations, and best practices related to HealthEdge technologies.
