Job Summary

This part-time position will assist the College of Pharmacy's webmaster in analyzing data according to departmental datasets and help acquire and store data to provide dependable reporting.

Responsibilities
Reviews and analyzes data according to departmental datasets or database searches.
Designs and compiles special reports in response to internal and external requests to provide accessible data for reliable analysis, management review, research purposes and/or reporting requirements.
Acquires and stores accurate data in a computer database for subsequent retrieval to provide dependable analysis and reporting.
Plans, compiles, analyzes, and produces online data reports to facilitate reporting requirements and decisions necessitating analytical input.
Works in collaboration with the web developer to design and create content strategies to formulate objectives and technical processes.
Assist webmaster with other tasks related to faculty directory and lab webpages.

Minimum Qualifications

Two years experience in data analysis or related research experience, or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education) required. Experience in computer based data systems management, plus the ability to express statistical and demographic concepts in clear terms, both orally and in writing is preferred.

Preferences

Experience in: Power BI, Docker Studio, Phyton, Excel, Drupal and Knack databases.
