Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Sr. Field & ABM Marketing Manager

 

Location: Boston, MA or in Troy MI

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute in-person events (tradeshows, executive roundtables, customer events) including logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite support.
  • Lead virtual events such as webinars and digital roundtables, managing end-to-end execution.
  • Collaborate with partners on co-branded and joint events both physical and virtual.
  • Own ABM programs for a set of strategic North America accounts developing and executing targeted campaigns in close collaboration with sales.
  • Track and report on performance: leads, meetings, pipeline generated, and other KPIs.
  • Ensure timely lead follow-up and pipeline progression by working closely with sales.
  • Coordinate with the SDR team to ensure timely and effective lead follow-up, and support alignment on messaging, qualification criteria, and reporting.
  • Own Salesforce reporting build and maintain dashboards to track lead flow and campaign impact.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on event management, partner marketing, and ABM.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute both in-person and virtual events.
  • Hands-on experience running ABM programs from strategy to execution and measurement.
  • Strong understanding of technology, including edge computing, embedded systems, cloud, and enterprise IT.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce—must be confident in lead tracking, reporting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Experience using 6sense and/or Demandbase for ABM and campaign targeting.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
