Job Title: Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

About the Role:
Are you a highly experienced Full Stack .NET Developer passionate about building high-performance, scalable systems and embracing the latest distributed technologies?
We are seeking a Senior Hands-on Developer to join our dynamic team in Charlotte. This is a critical role where you will be instrumental in designing, building, and migrating our core applications, working across the entire stack from a modern Angular UI to highly scalable, distributed databases. If you have a minimum of 7-10+ years of deep development experience and thrive on technical challenge, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-volume applications using the .NET (C# / .NET Core) framework.
- Implement elegant and responsive user interfaces using Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
- Build and manage event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka for reliable, real-time data flow.
- Design and implement secure, efficient RESTful APIs.
- Actively participate in the migration of existing SQL databases to modern Distributed Database Systems like CockroachDB and MongoDB.
- Mentor junior developers and drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
What We re Looking For:
- 7-10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Expert proficiency in .NET / C# and .NET Core.
- Proven, hands-on experience with Kafka for building event streams.
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically Angular (latest versions strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design principles.
- Solid experience with traditional backend databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
- Working knowledge of or strong desire to learn and implement Distributed Database Systems such as CockroachDB and MongoDB.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
