Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle OIC Developer with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong technical development experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and VBCS, along with a solid understanding of Oracle HCM functional processes.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Oracle HCM and external Payroll and Benefits partners, building Fast Formulas, and supporting ongoing post go-live HCM operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) between Oracle HCM, Payroll vendors, and Benefits providers.
  • Build and optimize Fast Formulas for Payroll calculations, Benefits eligibility, and HR data validations.
  • Develop REST and SOAP web services for secure data exchange between Oracle HCM and external systems.
  • Create and maintain custom applications and extensions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • Write and debug SQL and PL/SQL code to support data validations, transformations, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather and document requirements, prepare functional/technical design documents, and deliver high-quality integration solutions.
  • Support Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits functional areas during SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, manage incident resolutions, and perform performance tuning for OIC flows.
  • Work with Oracle Support to resolve complex integration or functional issues impacting HR and Payroll operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
  • Expertise in designing and developing Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits).
  • Hands-on experience with OIC REST/SOAP APIs, VBCS, and Web Services integrations.
  • Familiarity with HCM Extracts, HDL, and HCM Data Loader processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for integration and functional issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and functional teams.
