Key Responsibilities
- Perform mold changes, insert swaps, and complete production line setups
- Troubleshoot and repair molds, hot runners, and parts handling systems
- Execute preventative maintenance on production equipment and automation
- Maintain tool areas, spare parts inventory, and accurate equipment documentation
- Support operators during machine start-ups, blocked parts, and changeovers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience a plus
- Previous mold changing/setup experience required
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; basic electrical knowledge helpful
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on concrete production floors
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work independently
