Epsilon C5I (, focused on software development and systems engineering for complex command, control, intelligence and combat systems, is seeking a Senior Computer Engineer II with a minimum of 10 years' experience for work in San Diego, CA. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for the design, integration, testing, and sustainment of C4I systems and subsystems.
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on hardware and software components of C4I systems, including secure communications, tactical networks, and mission planning tools.
- Evaluate system performance, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in computer science; Depending on PWS tasking, must be willing to certify as Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) qualified within 6 months of employment
- Ten or more (10+) years of notable experience supporting C4I and or Navy systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective team player with highly proficient customer service skills.
- Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Candidate must have an active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI access.
