Job Details

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to design and implement enterprise-level IT solutions aligned with long-term business strategy. This role will drive architecture standards, integration strategies, and technology adoption across the organization, with a strong focus on tolling, Intelligent Transportation Systems, or transit architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and update enterprise architecture to support business goals.
  • Design and develop enterprise-level applications, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Ensure cross-platform application integration and performance optimization.
  • Establish coding standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and expert consultation across teams.
  • Develop and document integration frameworks and technical standards.
  • Review software/hardware builds for risk, cost-benefit, and impact analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s/Master s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 10-12 years across multiple IT areas; 2 3 years in architecture (preferably tolling/ITS/transit systems).
  • Advanced expertise in enterprise architecture, systems design, and integration.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL (packages, cursors, triggers, collections).
  • Strong database design, modeling, optimization, and SQL performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of database administration, security, and recovery.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in hands-on design sessions, architecture diagrams, and technical specs.
