Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is looking for a ServiceNow Scrum Master to join our team to support our government clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skills with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of collaborators, and build CGS? capabilities serving our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
As a ServiceNow Scrum Master, you will:
  • Lead review and assignment of tasks for development sprints, testing or another period.
  • Facilitates daily standup and weekly status meetings, helping project team schedule and resource tasks.
  • Drives progress towards project objectives by ensuring each team member person is working on the right tasks, managing schedules and capacities, and mitigating obstacles.
  • Manage user stories, creating and maintaining project documentation, such as user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans.
  • Experience with working with Product Owners/Managers and maintaining Product Backlog
  • Define, measure, and improve using KPIs
  • Creating a plan to deliver a working solution.
  • Backlog Refinement, Packaging, Deployment, and Release

Required Skills/Experience:

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Obtaining and maintaining an active Government Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor?s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Scrum master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
  • Experience as a Lead Business Analyst for ServiceNow application development.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience, including experience leading Scrum teams.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience conducting workshops, user interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Experience as a people manager with ability to coach teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Having and maintaining an active Government Security Clearance.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred credential
  • Proven experience in leading agile teams and facilitating scrum ceremonies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $110k- $140k.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
