Job Details

This Field System Analyst (FSA) will serve as the primary technology contact at Manheim Albany and support Manheim Rochester, and Manheim New York as well for sale day technical operations. Their key responsibility is to ensure technology uptime, especially on Sale Days. In case of any technology issues, the FSA has the authority to take immediate action or involve the necessary personnel to resolve the problem swiftly, providing and leading with recommendations. As the on-site technology resource, the FSA is relied upon by local auction management to ensure all technologies function correctly every day, both on sale and non-sale days
