Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Certified Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules. This role requires strong expertise in Payroll processes, compliance, and integrations, along with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the functional design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll module.

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map business processes, and configure Payroll solutions.

  • Provide expertise in Payroll calculations, costing, time & labor, and third-party integrations.

  • Configure and test Payroll elements, fast formulas, balances, and reports.

  • Support payroll operations, compliance, and statutory reporting.

  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL, OTBI).

  • Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilots), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide end-user training.

  • Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide post-production support.

  • Stay updated with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and assess their impact on Payroll.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll certification (mandatory).

  • 5+ years of experience as a functional consultant with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of Payroll processing, costing, retro-pay, taxation, statutory compliance, and reporting.

  • Experience with Payroll integrations (time & attendance, benefits, third-party systems).
