Job Description Summary
As a strategic Workday partner, Jade Global is seeking a strong senior leader to drive the growth and success of our Workday business by delivering high-value solutions to clients. This role will be responsible for expanding Jade Global s Workday practice, strengthening partnerships, and accelerating market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand and strengthen Jade Global s existing Workday offerings.
  • Define and develop the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in collaboration with Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Own and drive strategic pursuits to ensure alignment with client requirements, content quality, and adherence to Jade Global s standards and practices.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Sales team assist with solutioning, client interactions, and presenting capabilities to client audiences.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Develop account mining strategies in collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Workday, partners, and customer executives.
  • Lead annual business planning and budgeting for the Workday Practice.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to create end-to-end solutions and offerings.
  • Execute strategies and tactics necessary to achieve or exceed financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working with Workday solutions, with deep understanding of the Workday ecosystem and hands-on implementation experience.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Workday HCM.
  • 5+ years of pre-sales experience, including client engagement and solution development.
  • Proven leadership experience driving strategic growth and delivery excellence.
  • Workday implementation certification(s) preferred.
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders.
