We have a 12 month contract opportunity for a Data Analyst. This role is fully remote but must work CST business hours.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support a large-scale application cleanup and server decommissioning project across multiple divestitures. This role involves extensive data collection, analysis, and reporting to track project progress and support decision-making.

responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and validate data from various sources to support project goals.
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions (dashboards, scorecards, ad-hoc reports) using tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Audit and follow up on data entries in ServiceNow and other systems.
- Interpret and communicate findings to stakeholders, including directors, managers, and front-line staff.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
- Support spreadsheet-based tracking and reporting efforts, including frequent updates and follow-ups.

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage and manipulate large datasets, including data cleaning and validation.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
