We are hiring for Senior Scrum Coaches!

Role: Scrum Coach, Sr

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: Onsite - McLean, VA, Plano, TX, or Atlanta, GA

Position Description: We're seeking a seasoned Scrum Coach to lead Agile practices for an AWS-based platform. This high-impact role involves guiding teams through Agile ceremonies, supporting customer onboarding, and driving data insights. You'll work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with frequent release changes and evolving priorities. Ideal candidates bring a Scrum certification, strong SQL/data analysis skills, and 5+ years of coaching experience. If youre a proactive leader ready to influence platform-wide success, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP) preferred

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

5 - 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery and IT (e.g., software development, architecture)

Proficient in business analysis with basic SQL skills

Skilled in facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team performance

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (Atlassian suite)

Strong knowledge of AWS is a plus

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities

Strong multitasking capabilities: resource management, deployment oversight, progress tracking, meeting coordination, and follow-ups to ensure team efficiency
