Job Details
Product Owner/Manager - Analytics IFE/C (San Diego, CA): Lead product development for data analytics solutions supporting In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFE/C) operations by leveraging operational and BIT/BITE data for In-Flight Entertainment and Wi-Fi platforms. Research and conduct focus groups with internal customers to understand business problem, partner with strategy counterparts, and develop business cases to gain stakeholder support. Review, communicate, and translate business needs for both technical and non-technical audiences and stakeholders. Translate product development goals into requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. Partner with IT to prioritize the sprint backlog while balancing requirements of business stakeholders. Identify and communicate opportunities to increase revenue, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and operational efficiency. Provide regular status reports to key stakeholders, sponsors, project managers, and others involved in the project. Evaluate new technology concepts and keep abreast of industry trends to apply industry leading concepts to all technology solutions. Collaborate with other teams: working with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and then determine the best way to solve the problem using data-driven solutions. Locate and extract data from a variety of sources for all of IFE/C platforms. Gather requirements and then design and develop automated reports, analyses and dashboards with direction from other team members. Streamline reports to drive actionable insights for the business and enable an efficient operation. Develop insights and present findings in a concise, understandable way. Req: Master's degree in business administration or related field plus 2 years of experience in similar duties/technical capabilities using SQL and Alteryx. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate to work in various unanticipated locations throughout the US. Relocation benefits offered. No telecommuting. $176,000/year.
