We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead initiatives involving Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. This role requires strong project management capabilities, technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business, engineering, sales, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery for Oracle CPQ and PLM implementations and enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
Oversee system configuration, integration, and testing efforts.
Ensure seamless alignment between CPQ and PLM processes and business objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, sales, product, and IT teams.
Provide regular project updates to leadership and ensure documentation is maintained.
Support user training and adoption strategies for new system features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience managing technical projects involving Oracle CPQ and PLM platforms (e.g., Windchill, Agile PLM).
Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and product lifecycle workflows.
Experience with system integration, data migration, and process optimization.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
