Oracle PPM Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Consultant to support our client Trinamix. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical background in Oracle Cloud PPM and Finance modules, with excellent client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Oracle PPM.
• Configure and implement Oracle PPM modules including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Foundation.
• Provide expertise in project budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure seamless integration with GL, AP, AR, and other related modules.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Prepare functional documents, test scripts, and training materials for business users.
• Work with offshore/onshore teams to manage defects, enhancements, and support issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clear American accent.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP with at least 4+ years in Oracle Cloud PPM.
• Hands-on expertise in Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Financials.
• Good understanding of integrations with Finance modules (GL, AP, AR).
• Experience in handling client workshops, solution design, and UAT support.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fusion Cloud Projectsend-to-end implementations.
• Exposure to Grants Managementor Construction/Healthcare domains.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like OTBI, BI Publisher.
