Title: Endpoint Support Specialist
Duration: Direct-hire
Location: Onsite, Denver metro
Salary range: $130,000-$150,000 base + 10% bonus (based on similar roles in region)




Summary


Seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and support endpoint devices across the organization. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, provisioning, and maintenance of laptops, mobile devices, and related systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise across Windows, Apple, and mobile platforms, paired with excellent communication skills to support both technical teams and executives.




Responsibilities




  • Deliver day-to-day support for laptops, mobile devices, and printers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.




  • Manage and resolve service tickets in alignment with established SLA requirements.




  • Configure and deploy Windows laptops via Autopilot and provision mobile devices using Microsoft Intune.




  • Provide clear, professional IT support for users at all levels, including tailored executive support.




  • Offer both onsite and remote support leveraging Microsoft Teams and remote help tools.




  • Maintain and support Microsoft Office applications and other productivity platforms.






Skills




  • 5+ years of endpoint support experience including provisioning and ticket resolution.




  • Proficiency with Windows 11, Apple operating systems, Dell hardware, and iOS devices.




  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune (MDM), Autopilot, and Office Suite.




  • Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL methodologies and service desk platforms (e.g., SysAid).




  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service abilities.




  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across onsite and remote environments
