Job Title: Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Lead
Job Type: Fulltime
Location: Bay Area, CA
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points.
- Design Oracle Fusion Manufacturing solutions that align with business objectives and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules, including Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), Quality Management, Cost Management, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES), to support business operations effectively.
- Customize Oracle Fusion Manufacturing functionalities to address specific business requirements.
- Manage the integration of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, PLM, and supply chain management systems.
- Develop test strategies, plans, and cases to validate the functionality and performance of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing solutions.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including manufacturing managers, production planners, and shop floor personnel, to gather requirements, communicate project status, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees or certifications in supply chain management or enterprise software implementation can be advantageous.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and enterprise software implementation is typically required.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing or other ERP systems is essential.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules and functionalities, including WIP, BOM, Quality Management, Cost Management, and MES.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and best practices across various industries such as discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, and mixed-mode manufacturing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong presentation skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex manufacturing problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific manufacturing processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
