We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and maintaining data models within the healthcare domain, with a focus on Medicare, Medicaid, and Claims data.

  • Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and ETL teams to understand data requirements

  • Model complex healthcare datasets including Medicare, Medicaid, and claims data

  • Ensure data models align with business rules, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

  • Support data governance, data quality, and metadata management initiatives

  • Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and analytics use cases

  • Document data definitions, relationships, and standards

< data-start="1084" data-end="1117">Required Qualifications:</>

  • Proven experience as a Data Modeler or Data Architect

  • Strong hands-on experience with healthcare data modeling

  • Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Claims data

  • Proficiency with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or similar)

  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases

  • Experience working with large-scale data warehouses or data lakes

  • Experience in healthcare payer systems

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
