Aptly Technology ( is a global IT outsourcing and technology services firm specializing in cloud infrastructure, AI, automation, and enterprise support solutions. With delivery centers in India, Romania, and Serbia, we support Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Oracle, and AWS partners with scalable, cost-efficient engineering and support talent.
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with domain expertise in financial services and healthcare to help grow Aptly s presence in regulated and high-compliance verticals. You will lead go-to-market efforts for these sectors, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue through tailored IT outsourcing and cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, automation, and managed services
- Develop relationships with decision-makers at enterprise accounts, including Microsoft, AWS, and other tech partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, IT procurement, and compliance leaders
- Understand the regulatory, security, and operational challenges in financial and healthcare industries and shape customized value propositions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal to contract signing
- Work closely with delivery and solutioning teams to create tailored proposals and pitches
- Represent Aptly at industry events, conferences, and virtual forums and partner events
- Maintain a robust pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts to leadership
- Support co-sell motions and partner engagements with hyperscaler marketplaces (e.g., Microsoft Liftr, AWS Marketplace)
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5 10 years of business development or enterprise sales experience in IT outsourcing, consulting, or cloud services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strategic relationships
- Deep understanding of compliance, data privacy, and digital transformation trends in BFSI and healthcare (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI-DSS)
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, software engineering models, and enterprise IT trends
- Experience working with or selling to Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar ecosystem partners is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with co-sell processes (e.g., Microsoft Partner Center, CPOR/IPOR, etc.)
- Experience in working with global delivery teams and distributed engineering
- Comfort in creating RFP responses, proposals, and pricing models for outsourcing and managed services
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
