Cybersecurity Professional

We have been retained by our client in north Dallas, Texas (Addison, TX) to delivery a Cybersecurity Professional on a full-time, hybrid, direct-hire basis.



The Cybersecurity professional is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to protect the organization s information systems and networks. Develop and enforce security protocols, lead incident response activities, and troubleshoot complex security issues. Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to embed security into the software lifecycle (security into DevOps) and the CI/CD pipelines. The engineer collaborates with other IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure system configurations and stays updated on emerging threats and security technologies. Participate in securing software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications and platforms, focusing on control within the development pipeline, and security of our client s cloud platforms. Provide incident response, threat intelligence and digital forensics. Work with network protocols, firewalls, and endpoint security configurations, as well as cloud security and application security, NIST, SOC, SOC2, PCI, HIPPA. Develop, implement and update security protocols. design secure system and infrastructure architecture. Evaluate, configure, and lead deployment of cybersecurity solutions, providing oversight and guidance. Lead incident response or intrusion event investigation by troubleshooting security and infrastructure to reduce vulnerabilities and prevent future intrusions. Interact and communicate effectively with auditors and regulators, managing audit processes and security remediation efforts.

Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and develop remediation plans. Lead security teams, work with cross-functional teams, and influence the security strategy for the improvement/betterment of all.

Experience with most of the aforementioned is required.



Employment Type: Regular Full-Time employment

Salary Range: $95,000 115,500 / year
